Vans Shipping Policy
All orders placed at vans.com are eligible for free three-day shipping to any destination in the United States. You can also select an expedited shipping option at checkout. You can even choose to pick up your order at a local Vans store if that is more convenient. Most orders are shipped between 24 and 48 hours after they are placed.
Vans Return and Exchange Policy
While products ordered at vans.com cannot be returned by mail for an exchange, they can be brought to a Vans store and exchanged there for items of equal value. Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned by the mail within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. After the return is processed, your refund will be granted within 30 days. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Items can also be returned to a Vans store for a full refund.
