PacSun Shipping Policy
PacSun offers an on-time shipping guarantee. If your domestic order isn't delivered within the specified delivery date as found on the PacSun's shipping table after processing and shipping, PacSun will refund the shipping cost. The refund will be credited to the same payment method that you used for the initial purchase.
PacSun Return Policy
You're eligible for a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase if you have the original receipt. You'll receive a refund based on the original form of payment. Final sale items, pierced jewelry, and underwear can't be returned. Swimwear that has been worn or tried on can't be returned. Any items returned 60 days or longer after purchase will be credited for the price paid in the form of a merchandise credit or a merchandise exchange. Returns without a receipt can be exchanged for merchandise or credited in the form of a merchandise credit for the current selling price or the returned item.
