Nike Shipping Policy

Nike Returns Policy
Nike.com orders can be returned for any reason. The items must be returned within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. Some orders may be able to be returned after the 30 days as long as the items are not worn or washed.
How to Use a Nike Promo Code
Enter the valid promo code during checkout or when you have the shopping cart open. If the order is already complete but you did not remember to add the promo code, contact customer support. There are a couple of ways to redeem the Nike promo code.
If you are already at the checkout step, you will be brought to a page entitled "Payment." Click where it says, "Do you have a promo code?" Enter your Nike promo code into the space that appears. Click where it says, "Apply." Your promo code will automatically be factored into your total cost.
You can also enter the promo code by using the shopping cart. Click on the picture of the shopping cart at the top left of the page. Over to the right, you will see an Order Summary section. Here, there will be a question that reads, "Do you have a promo code?" Enter the Nike promo code under this question and click "Apply."
