About Lulu
In 2002, Bob Young decided that he wanted to publish a book. After having some bad experiences with the traditional publishing processes, however, he was inspired to create something new: an innovative way to publish books that is easier than traditional methods and more affordable. He also wanted something that gave creators the ability to control their own publishing process. So he created Lulu. Knowing that inmany cases, it can be difficult for authors to get their start in the world, Young wanted to bring a marketplace for independent authors to life, and that's what Lulu has done.
