eBooks Shipping Policy
eBooks does not have a shipping policy per se. Access to the ebooks is granted once payment is processed. You can start reading on your computer or a handheld device. Should you return an eBook or request a refund, access to the file will be removed. Learn more about buying an ebook here and reading your ebook here.
eBooks Return Policy
eBooks accept refunds for purchases within 7 days of the date of purchase. If your ebook does not perform as described, you may return it for a refund. Once a refund is issued, access to the ebook will be removed. To request a refund, contact the helpdesk and file a refund ticket request. See refund policy terms here.
How to Use an eBooks Coupon Code
At the checkout, you will see the contents of your cart, the number of ebooks you will be purchasing and the total cost of the order before any applicable tax. If you want to proceed select "Secure checkout". You will be asked to log in to your eBooks.com account, or to register an account if you do not have one.
At the following step, you will be asked to enter a discount voucher or gift certificate code if you have one. Afterward, you will enter your credit card details.
You finish the purchase by selecting "Process Order". You will be shown confirmation the purchase was successful and prompted to start reading your ebook.
