BestBuy Shipping Policy
BestBuy's shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you choose. BestBuy occasionally offers free shipping on select products or categories. Learn more about BestBuy's shipping policies here.

BestBuy Return & Exchange Policy
BestBuy has a standard return and exchange period of within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. The period is extended to 30 days if you are a My BestBuy Elite member. You may return an item(s) to BestBuy two ways. The first is by bringing the item to a BestBuy store. Click here to find a store near you. Make sure to bring the packing slip from the delivery package or the official receipt, the credit card used for the item purchase, and a valid photo ID.
The other way is to mail back your item(s). Securely pack your return item and include the Return Form from the packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, locate your order by clicking here and get a pre-filled out Return Form. If you can not locate your order, print a Return Form here and fill out. Print your prepaid return label here. You may also use the return address to mail your return item(s) back using your courier of choice.
Do note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you use the prepaid shipping label, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase. See the full return policy here.
